Balloon Care & Disclaimers

• Party Balloon Studio is not liable for balloons once they have been delivered, installed or picked up.
• Grab & Go Balloon decor should be stored inside (in a mild temperature area and away from anything that may pop or compromise the balloons) until you are ready to display them. DO NOT leave balloons in a hot car. 
• Party Balloon Studio only uses the highest quality balloons and materials however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup. 
• While Party Balloon Studio balloon decor pieces can be displayed inside or outside, outdoor elements can decrease the lifespan of balloons. Changes in temperature can cause balloons to shrink or expand. Balloons will oxidize when displayed outdoors and take on a velvety appearance. This is normal. Shady or covered areas are strongly recommended for outdoor displays in the warm, summer months. 
• Party Balloon Studio balloon decor pieces are designed for decor purposes only. Please monitor children and pets around balloons. Uninflated or broken balloons can be a hazard. Discard broken balloons immediately.
• Party Balloon Studio is not responsible for removal and disposal of balloons after the event, unless a tear down is booked. Please dispose of your balloons properly by popping and placing them in a trash receptacle. Never release balloons into the environment.
• Due to the nature of the product, no refunds or replacements will be given. Returns are not accepted. All sales are final.We work with you to come up with the very best solutions for your challenges!
